Oracle Brains Social Book Marker adds user-submission links at the bottom of each post for various social bookmarking sites.
Installation
1. Upload ‘obsocialbookmarker.php’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

A nice little plugin I think, but could I suggest that, rather than simply appending the list of bookmarking sites to the end of $content, you give users a template tag to use, so they can put it where they want in their template?
